How to Remove a Vomit Stain from Carpet
Source: Haley’s Cleaning Hints
Step 1: Scrape up the vomit with a spatula (pancake flipper) into a dustpan.
Step 2: Mix 1/4 cup baking soda with 1 cup warm water.
Step 3: Apply the mixture to stain.
Step 4: To remove the vomit odor, mix 1 cup hydrogen peroxide with 1 Tbsp baking soda and 1 tsp dish soap.
Step 5: Apply the peroxide solution to the affected area with a sponge.
Step 6: Let dry.
Step 7: Vacuum area.
Throw away any leftover mixtures.
How to Defend against a Shoulder Grab (simplest technique)
As discussed before, an attacker grabs your right shoulder with his left arm.
Step 1: With your right arm, pinch the skin which covers the attacker’s left triceps.
This should cause him to release his hold.
