Spree For Van Horn???

What are the Knicks THINKING???

“We’ve got a team that needs rebuilding,
and hasn’t gotten into the playoffs for two years straight.
I know! Let’s trade our MOST POPULAR PLAYER for someone the
fans in NY absolutely HATE! Who makes more money! And is locked
up for one year longer! Who’s NOT AS GOOD! It’s brilliant.”

I mean seriously, what’s next?
We signing Dereck Coleman and trading Kurt Thomas for Kenny
Anderson?

Here’s the kicker: one of the four
teams involved in this rumored 4-team blockbuster trade is
ATLANTA! Just yesterday I read that Atlanta’s about to be
sold by AOL Time Warner, therefore they weren’t making any
trades, so the Knicks’ love of Theo Ratliff would go unanswered.
Now, all of a sudden, Atlanta IS willing to trade — and trade
THEIR best player at that — just to get some salary cap help
viz. Brandon’s contract? If the Knicks don’t turn around and
trade Ward-and-Thomas for Ratliff I’ll be even MORE pissed
off.

Of course, what will happen is
the OTHER rumored trade: Thomas and Ward to Dallas for Raef
and Bradley. Doesn’t the NBA have some sort of white boy cap?
Oy.

Keith Van Horn. Where’s my Minnestota
jersey? Man…

peace.
